Course overview

This course is aimed at people who wish to gain the basic skills necessary for working in an office environment. It is an introductory level course and assumes little prior knowledge of Computing or Information Technology. Students may progress to HNC/D level. On completion, students are generally confident in the areas of Computer Applications and Office Skills.
