Course overview
The aim of the course is to provide instruction in the use of all available resources, both equipment and people, to conduct engineering operations aboard ship in a safe and efficient manner. Trainees will be instructed in the components of human factors that influence personnel in the work environment of the ships they sail on through case studies and practical exercises.
