Course overview
This is an advanced course, which assumes prior completion of the RYA Coastal Offshore/Yachtmaster course or the equivalent experience and is intended to be both enjoyable and informative. It covers Celestial navigation, use of the Sextant, navigation tables, the Nautical Almanac and ocean passage planning as well as the essential subjects of safety, ocean meteorology and routeing.
